  • Day booking location is only available between Singapore and Johor.
  • Kindly be informed that day trips service of hourly started from the time of first pickup point until the time of drop off to your doorstep.
  • For example, If you taking 12hour day trips services. Pick up time from Singapore to Johor Bahru is at 9:00am, departure from Johor Bahru back to Singapore will start from 7:00pm, as the journey back will take about 2 hours. Should you wish to depart later, please inform the driver and pay the surcharge fee of 20SGD per hour.

Terms And Conditions
Additional Pick-up / Drop-Off Point
  • For each additional pick-up or drop-off point, you will be charged an extra SGD 10
  • There is no limit for extra points. Each point was SGD 10
  • Arrival Transfer (Flight, Cruise, Ferry)
  • There won’t be any waiting charges for first-hour flight landing timing
  • If you taking flight please provide us your flight number for the reference. Our driver can track your flight detail
  • When you reach the arrival gate, look for the driver holding a signboard with your name, otherwise will contact you by WhatsApp

Pick Up Procedure / Point-to-Point Transfer
  • There won’t be any charge for the first 15 min of waiting, depending on the scheduled pick-up timing. However, will charge SGD20 per each hour
  • There are no more extra charges for parking fees, fuel surcharge and driver hire fee.

Surcharges Fee
  • SGD10 for every additional Pick-Up / Drop-Off Point in Singapore
  • SGD20 for extra waiting per each hour

Booking Confirmation
  • You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp instantly after booking
  • In the event that you do not receive an email or WhatsApp from us, please notify us via email or WhatsApp

Additional Information
  • Travelers must obtain all entry or transit visa requirements for Malaysia
  • The passport must be valid for at least 6 months after the completion of the Malaysia tour

Availability
  • SGMPVTAXI transport service is currently restricted within Malaysia and Singapore
  • Booking and Private Transport Operation Hour Services are available 24 hour
  • All transfer services are required to be booked one day before the scheduled travel date. Last minute bookings are subject to availability.
  • You may change your pick-up date, time one day before the schedule. The operator will notify you the change can be arranged without extra fees.
  • We assume the right model of the vehicle depending upon the scheduled travel date, sometimes we also depend on the driver schedule and upgrade vehicle model in the trip.
  • Pricing and rates are fixed for example driver fee, fuel fee, highway toll fee and cross border fee, the rates we provide all include everything and no hidden cost.
